As General Manager of Surecomp’s Asia Pacific operations based in Singapore, Kyoka has overall responsibility for all areas of the regional business including business development and delivery. She also oversees Surecomp’s burgeoning operations in Japan and works closely with many banks to help them optimize their digital trade finance operations. Kyoka has extensive experience across financial technology, working previously with data management, risk and compliance solutions. She is fluent in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean and English, and with considerable time spent in these diverse markets, she is well versed in local business practices and cross-cultural collaboration.

In his role at IMDA, Sin Yong focuses on establishing TradeTrust as the international standard, driving education and guidance on technical issues pertaining to electronic transferable documents. He initiated and has been spearheading TradeTrust since 2019, making a significant impact on trade digitalization globally. Sin Yong has over 30 years of professional IT and leadership experience in the trade facilitation, logistics and maritime domains particularly in China, South and South-East Asia. He represents Singapore as Head of Delegation at UNCEFACT, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer & Information Sciences, a Master’s degree in Management of Technology, and a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law.

Shankar has over three decades of financial services and fintech experience in both global and regional leadership roles in sales and product development across the US, Singapore and India. Currently based in Singapore with a specific focus on transaction banking, Shankar is now responsible for driving the APAC community of BAFT - 103-year-old advocacy organization for trade and payments

Amit oversees the strategic direction, product innovation and business performance of DBS’ trade solutions across all markets. Since joining in 2016, Amit has been instrumental in driving exponential growth in DBS’ Open Account Trade Finance business, establishing a strong market presence. Prior to DBS, Amit held local and regional roles for over a decade at Standard Chartered Bank in India and Singapore, managing open account trade finance products across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, India, and is a certified Chartered Accountant.

Mark is an experienced fintech executive working for over twenty years in sales leadership roles across the UK, US and Asia. Currently based in Singapore and with a particular focus on helping deliver transformational value through Generative AI, Mark is responsible for the APAC and MENA business at Cleareye.ai - an AI powered Trade Finance and TBML platform successfully deployed to a number of global banks including J.P. Morgan, Mizuho, Bank of America and Lloyds.

A senior global business leader, Sarat is responsible for driving digital transformation for the commercial & FI clients at SMBC. His core competencies include payments, receivables, supply chain finance, supply chain management & sustainable supply chain financing. Previously, Sarat was the global head of international trade & supply chain finance customer implementation at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore. He has also held MD & regional head roles for Standard Chartered in Greater China & North Asia, ASEAN, Africa & Middle East. He was global head of supply chain business process & systems at Adidas in Germany, regional head of IT for Black & Decker in England, regional head of IT for Levi’s in Australia, Japan, Philippines, Singapore & head of IT for Levi’s in India. Sarat is also an Executive Fellow and part-time lecturer at ACE, NUS School of Computing focusing on digital leadership development programs. Among many other accolades, Sarat holds a digital transformation specialization from MIT, an MBA in Strategic Management and two degrees in Finance and IT. He is an accomplished industry speaker and a certified Six Sigma supply chain process and project management expert.

Matti joined Konecranes in 2010 primarily to establish a global trade & export finance function. Prior to Konecranes he worked for over 25 years managing the trade finance for multiple Helsinki-based bank subsidiaries including for Danske Bank, Svenska Handelsbanken, Postipankki, Banque Indosuez and Chase Manhattan Bank. He is the chair of the ICC Trade Finance Committee for Finnish Exporters at the ICC Finland, a member of the Export Finance Committee of the Federation of Finnish Technology Industries and a member of the Steering Committee of the Finnish Export Credit Agency Finnvera. A leading producer and exporter of cranes with over 16.5k employees, Konecranes operates in 50 countries generating revenues of EUR 4 billion
